THE GRAND HOUSE'S CAMBRIDGE LOCATION

In September 2004, The University of Waterloo's School of Architecture relocated to its present location in downtown Cambridge. Initiated by the generous sponsorship of the Cambridge Business Consortium, and intended in part to revitalize the downtown economy, this sudden influx of 200+ students has placed dramatic strain on the existing rental accommodation market. The enthusiasm of the city and the community towards students has been very encouraging and provides a unique opportunity to generate this mutually beneficial opportunity.

The GRAND HOUSE residence will be located near many local amenities and - most importantly - within walking distance from the new University of Waterloo School of Architecture.
